Police investigating after teen shot in Buffalo’s Hamlin Park neighborhood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating after a teenager was shot Thursday evening in the city’s Hamlin Park neighborhood, officials said.

According to police, around 10 p.m., officers responded to a call near Brunswick Boulevard and Wohlers Avenue where an 18-year-old man was struck by gunfire multiple times outside.

The teen was transported by ambulance to ECMC, underwent surgery and was listed in stable condition.
