Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in a new lawsuit in New York.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday, May 21, Crystal McKinney claims she was 22 when she was introduced to the mogul, now 54, by a designer in 2003 while working as a model.

In the lawsuit, McKinney claims that after her meeting with Combs and the unnamed designer at Cipriani Downtown, she “had little control over events as she was given instructions on what to do and how to present herself to the others in attendance.”

McKinney claimed she was instructed to sit “directly across from Combs” at the event and that he “very publicly demonstrated how he approached her in a sexually suggestive manner throughout the dinner.”

She added that the CEO of Bad Boy constantly complimented her on her “beauty” and told her that she would “make it big as a model one day.” She claims he told her that “he had power in the industry and would help her advance her career” before they exchanged phone numbers.

In the lawsuit, McKinney described Combs as “flirtatious” throughout the evening and claimed he “pumped the plaintiff full of alcohol throughout the dinner by repeatedly refilling her glass with wine.”

Later that evening, the model says she was offered weed at Combs’ studio, and she claims she “later realized that Combs had laced the joint with a narcotic or other intoxicating substance,” the lawsuit states.

She claims she gave up smoking and drinking after feeling like she was “floating,” but Combs called her “uptight” and continued to pressure her to do so.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs then led McKinney into a bathroom, where he began to force himself on her and kiss her without her consent. He then allegedly pushed her head into his crotch and forced her to perform oral sex on him. She claimed that Combs returned to the studio after the act. McKinney says she began to feel “physically ill” and “lost consciousness.”

McKinney also claims that Combs “blacklisted” her career, and around 2004, she was hospitalized for a suicide attempt after she “began blaming herself for assaulting and sabotaging her own career.”

“Due to the traumatic events that later occurred, plaintiff (McKinney) kept the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet, where it remained wrapped in plastic,” the lawsuit states.

The amount of damages she is demanding is not known.

Tuesday’s lawsuit comes less than a week after CNN released footage showing Combs kicking, punching and dragging his ex-girlfriend and former Bad Boy artist Casandra “Cassie” Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016. The incident was captured by the hotel’s security cameras.

In addition to Ventura and McKinney, Diddy also faces sexual assault and harassment claims from three other women and one man.
