34-year-old man shot dead in Lansing late Sunday, police still searching for suspect

LANSING, Michigan (WILX) – A 34-year-old man was shot late Sunday night in the 4200 block of Jolly Road, Lansing police said. The shooting happened at around 10:40 p.m. Sunday in the Kensington Meadows mobile home park. Police say the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries but was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Police have not yet released the victim’s identity.

Early Monday morning, Lansing police told News 10 that no suspect was in custody, but the investigation was ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at AT (517)-483-4600.
