Police ask for help in finding missing 16-year-old boy from Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch in Riverhead

Riverhead Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Rashad Scott, a 16-year-old boy who left the Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch Friday morning and did not return.

Rashad is described by police as a black man, 6’1″ tall, 135 pounds, with medium skin tone, brown eyes and short black hair (dreadlocks). He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan pants, police said.

Rashad left the Timothy Hill facility at 298 Middle Road, Riverhead, on foot at approximately 9:30 a.m. on June 28 to an unknown destination. He has been reported missing/runaway in the past and is known to frequent the Mastic/Shirley area, according to the report. Police say foul play is not suspected at this time.
