Man suspected of fatal shooting in Arlington Heights overnight arrested – WPXI

PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh police say they have arrested a man suspected of being responsible for a fatal shooting on Arlington Avenue early Monday morning.

According to police, detectives from the Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force arrested 37-year-old Jason Ingram without incident shortly after 4 p.m. Friday.

Ingram is suspected of killing 53-year-old Shawn Marcus Czeczely, who was found lying in the street with numerous gunshot wounds.

Ingram faces several charges, including manslaughter, attempted manslaughter, conspiracy and aggravated assault.

Ingram was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and awaits a preliminary hearing.
