Austin Police Investigating ‘Suspicious Death’ in Southeast Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police are investigating a “suspicious death” that occurred Friday night in southeast Austin, the agency said on social media.

At around 10:50 p.m., police arrived at the scene in the 2600 block of Metcalfe Road.

APD said it will hold a press conference at the Valero gas station at 628 E. Oltorf St. Further details were not available Friday.
