Very hot at the weekend, almost 100° on Sunday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Weather days of the first warning are in effect on Sunday and Monday due to dangerous heat and humidity. Heat indices are 100° or higher.

UNTIL SATURDAY:

Mostly clear at night. Lows will fall to around 18°C ​​overnight.

Saturday will be a few degrees colder due to the passage of a front on Friday, but it will still be hot with highs in the 30s. Humidity will be low enough to keep the heat index above 30 degrees.

FIRST WEATHER WARNING DAYS SUNDAY AND MONDAY:

Sunday (Father’s Day) will be the hottest day of the week, with heat indices rising to around 100–110 °.

Monday will see temperatures around 35 degrees and high humidity, making it feel like over 38 degrees. There is a chance of isolated showers on Monday.

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and take plenty of breaks from the heat.
