TRAFFIC ALERT: Motorcycle accident with injuries on Wilma, southbound lanes closed

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville Police are currently working on a crash with injuries on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and the southbound lanes are closed.

At approximately 3:00 p.m., an accident involving a motorcycle and a car occurred at 2560 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, AT&T with injuries.

According to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien, the motorcyclist will be flown to Nashville via a LifeFlight helicopter and his status is currently unknown.

The southbound lanes are currently closed and incident scene investigators (FACT) are en route to the scene. Motorists are asked to seek an alternate route until the roadway is completely cleared, Beaubien said.
