What we know about the 50 Cent documentary on the sexual harassment allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs

  • Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault by several people, including his ex-partner.

  • In December, 50 Cent confirmed that he was working on a documentary about the allegations.

  • Federal agents searched the mansions of Sean “Diddy” Combs on Monday.

50 Cent is developing a documentary about the sexual assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

He hinted at the project on social media after Department of Homeland Security agents raided Combs’ mansions on Monday.

Four civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs, whose net worth is estimated at around $90 million according to Forbes.

Combs’ attorney Aaron Dyer issued a long, outraged statement after the raid, calling it “over the top” and an “ambush” by authorities.

Combs has also firmly denied the allegations in the civil lawsuits. The statement said: “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name.”

In November, Combs’ ex-partner Casandra Ventura filed a lawsuit against him, alleging sexual harassment, rape and abuse. Combs settled with Ventura on November 17, one day after the lawsuit was filed.

In early December, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, wrote on X about his documentary.

He posted a clip of former Bad Boy Records rapper Mark Curry claiming that Combs slipped alcohol into women’s drinks at a party.

A spokesperson subsequently confirmed to Variety that 50 Cent’s production company G-Unit Film and Television was working on a documentary about Combs.

“I can confirm that the untitled ‘Diddy’ documentary is being developed by G-Unit Film and Television and Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson is serving as executive producer,” the spokesperson said.

They promised that all profits would go to victims of sexual assault and rape.

50 Cent hinted that the documentary might be called “Diddy Do It?”

Combs and 50 Cent have been feuding since 2006, and 50 Cent made numerous jokes about Combs on social media following Monday’s raids.

On Monday, 50 Cent tweeted: “Now it’s not saying Diddy did it, it’s saying Diddy did it.”

“They don’t just come if they don’t have a case,” he wrote of the federal raid.

50 Cent then posted an image to X on Tuesday that he believed was artwork for the upcoming documentary. It was captioned: “Diddy Do It?” The image shows three photos of Combs, framed to look like they were in court documents.

He wrote: “This is going to break records when it comes out.”

50 Cent did not reveal if the documentary is finished, who else appears in it, or if there is a release date. The artwork was accompanied by a tagline “Coming Soon” at the bottom of the image.

The image appears to be a repost rather than something 50 Cent created for the occasion.

It was previously distributed by digital artist BossLogic, best known for his unofficial concept art and posters for blockbuster films and TV shows. The poster stated that the documentary was already streaming on Netflix, but it is not.

BossLogic confirmed to Business Insider that his poster was unofficial.

Representatives for 50 Cent, G-Unit Film and Television and Netflix did not immediately respond to Business Insider’s requests for comment.
