One person arrested after fatal shooting in southwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A man was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting Sunday evening in southwest Oklahoma City.

According to Oklahoma City police, officers responded to a shooting in the 2100 block of South Harvey Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on July 28. The victim was found and taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.


According to authorities, investigators believe the victim and the suspect were involved in an altercation when the shooting occurred.

A 44-year-old man was arrested on Monday in connection with the incident. He is charged with first-degree murder.
