Silver Alert canceled for missing 83-year-old Elkhart man

ELKHART, Ind. (WANE) – Elkhart police canceled an Indiana Silver Alert Monday after an 83-year-old man was found.

Elkhart police were searching for Henry Spearmon, described as an 83-year-old black male, 5’8″ tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, blue windbreaker, blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and gray tennis shoes.

He was last seen at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
