Reese Phifer Hall evacuated after construction incident – ​​The Crimson White

Reese Phifer Hall was evacuated Wednesday after a portion of the radio tower attached to the building tilted more than expected during its planned demolition.

The satellites were moved by Reese Phifer to the University of Alabama Police Department tower to improve visibility of the campus, according to the Project description.
