ACCIDENT IN A FEW MINUTES. OK, WE’RE FOLLOWING SOME BREAKING NEWS FROM OSCEOLA COUNTY THAT HAS COME IN TO OUR NEWSROOM WHERE POLICE ARE AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX NEAR JOHN YOUNG PARKWAY AND OSCEOLA PARKWAY. AND WE WANT TO GET TO WESH 2’S TONY ATKINS. HE’S LIVE THERE. TONY, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE SCENE AND WHAT YOU’VE NOTICED SINCE YOU’VE ARRIVED HERE. WHEN WE GOT HERE, WE SAW THE TAPE WAS ALREADY SET UP. DEPARTMENTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN SENT ALL THE WAY BACK HERE IN AN INVESTIGATION TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. I HAVE TALKED TO SOME DEPUTIES IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX ACROSS THE WATER, AND AT THIS TIME THEY COULDN’T TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT’S GOING ON, BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF DEPUTIES ON THE SCENE. FROM THE CAMERA ANGLE YOU SHOULD SEE SOME OF THE CRIME SCENE TAPES THAT ARE HANGED UP, AS WELL AS SOME OF THE CRIME SCENE VEHICLES THAT ARE ON THE SCENE. WHEN I WAS THERE I SAW SOME DEPUTIES ON THE SECOND OR THIRD FLOOR. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO CARRY SOMEONE DOWN TO THE GROUND FLOOR, BUT AT THIS TIME IT’S UNCLEAR EXACTLY WHAT’S GOING ON. UH, THE OSCEOLA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE HAS SET UP A HOLD-OUT AREA HERE ACROSS THE WATER. WE EXPECT TO LEARN MORE DETAILS ON WHAT THEY’RE INVESTIGATING. THAT’S THE RAPALLO APARTMENTS AGAIN, WHICH IS, UH, SO CLOSE TO WHERE JOHN YOUNG PARKWAY AND OSCEOLA PARKWAY MEET. A large police presence can be seen at an Osceola County apartment complex, though it’s unclear what officers are currently investigating. An active crime scene is underway at the Rapallo apartment complex in the 3000 block of Marta Circle in Kissimmee, near the intersection of John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway. Several Osceola County Sheriff’s Office officers have occupied the parking lot, and part of the complex is cordoned off with crime scene tape. WESH 2 was able to speak with some OCSO officers on the scene, who said they could not disclose what they were responding to at this time. At the scene, a WESH 2 reporter saw officers appear to be carrying someone down from the second floor. KISSIMMEE, Fla. —

There is a large police presence at an Osceola County apartment complex, but it is unclear what officers are currently investigating.

The scene is active at the Rapallo apartment complex in the 3000 block of Marta Circle in Kissimmee, near the intersection of John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway.

Several Osceola County Sheriff’s Office officers have occupied the parking lot and part of the complex is cordoned off with crime scene tape.

WESH 2 was able to speak with some OCSO officers on scene who said they could not share what they were responding to at this time. At the scene, a WESH 2 reporter saw officers appear to be carrying someone down from the second floor.

WESH 2 has a reporter on scene and has requested further information.
