Atlanta man booked into Clayton County jail after high-speed chase | News

CLAYTON COUNTY — An Atlanta man is being held in the Clayton County Jail on multiple charges after being caught in a high-speed chase Saturday.

The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday morning that Dareies Antwan Roberts, 30, of Atlanta, was arrested on multiple charges after police discovered he had several outstanding warrants — including probation violation, two counts of interference with government property, fleeing, harassment, aggravated assault, home invasion and two counts of burglary. Other charges include reckless driving, fleeing and eluding, obstructing an officer, possession of firearms by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
