Three dead in traffic accident in Forrest County

FORREST COUNTY, Mississippi (WHLT) – Three people are dead and four others injured in an accident in Forrest County.

The accident occurred shortly after 11:45 p.m. on Monday, June 17, near the intersection of River Road and B&B Loop in the community of North Forrest. According to Forrest County officials, two vehicles were involved in the accident.

Three people died at the scene. Officials said four others were injured, two of whom were in critical condition.

The accident is still under investigation.
