A new sex scandal is shaking the world of pop music: Ross William Wild (36), former singer of Spandau Ballet, is said to have raped sleeping women and recorded the incidents on video. He is now on trial under his real name Ross Davidson.

The singer only joined the band, which had mega hits like “Gold” and “Truth” in the 80s, after lead singer Tony Hadley left in 2018. But after just under a year, the collaboration with the former musician ended. The band broke up.

According to the Mirror, Ross William Wild is said to have sexually harassed several women and asked them to have sex six times a night. When the women refused, Ross is said to have spoken to them casually.

Some surprising revelations at Wood Green Crown Court London: This singer is said to have filmed himself raping sleeping girls – without having a clue about it.

One such incident is said to have occurred in October 2013 at his house in Finchley, north London. He allegedly asked the girl sarcastically: “Why do you look like you’ve been raped?”

But this is not the only rape video on the market that has been brought to court.

Another victim reveals: Ross Wild is said to have treated her like a sex slave. In total, he is accused of sexual crimes against five women and the rape of three of them between 2013 and 2023.

At the start of the trial earlier this week, prosecutor Richard Hearnden described the defendant as “something of a sex symbol”. “She looks pretty and fit. He sings, plays the guitar and is considered an attractive and interesting person,” but warned of his “dark side” which could confirm this negative side of his character.

Prosecutor Hearnden said of the singer: “Because he expects to have sexual intercourse when necessary, he resorts to rape and sexual abuse when he does not get what he believes he deserves.”

The defendant denies all allegations.
