Man dead after accident in Seymour

SEYMOUR, Ind. (WAVE) – A man is dead following a crash Thursday evening in Seymour.

Seymour police said that around 7:40 p.m., officers were called to the 2000 block of East Tipton Street where they found a vehicle that had left the road and struck two parked cars. Officers found the driver unconscious and began life-saving measures. The driver was taken to Schneck Medical Center, where he died.

The driver was identified as William Miller, 54, of Norman, Indiana.

According to police, the cause of death has not yet been determined, according to an autopsy and toxicology examination.
