Buffalo man arrested for disorderly conduct after spitting in faces of workers at local business

Seneca Falls Police arrested Donte JE Roberson, 43, of Buffalo, following a report of disorderly conduct at a local business Friday evening.

Store associates reported that Roberson poured a liquid substance on merchandise and spit in an associate’s face. Responding officers arrested Roberson without incident. He was charged with one count of third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor, and one count of second-degree harassment, a violation.

Roberson was booked and released on a summons and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
