A 21-year-old Lincoln man was charged Monday with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, court documents show.

Cesar Rodriguez was charged with first-degree sexual assault.

On Friday, Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office officers were dispatched to a residence near Southwest 29th Street and the corner of Ruhlman Court for reports of a sexual assault, according to the arrest affidavit.

The 13-year-old’s guardian caught her and Rodriguez having sex in a black Nissan Murano in front of her residence.
