Adam Copeland knows what it’s like to recover from serious injury or surgery. One of the most accomplished pro wrestlers of the last 20 years, the Toronto native and Orangeville, Ontario product has had a long list of aches and pains for years. But when Copeland, formerly known as Edge, was forced to retire in 2011 due to cervical spinal stenosis, he began to fall out of shape. “I did occasional acting gigs and enjoyed life, but one night I did it
