3 arrested, 1 on the run after argument ends in shooting in North Georgia – WSB-TV Channel 2

TOCCOA, Georgia – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested three men and is searching for another after a person was shot in Toccoa on Saturday.

21-year-old Zatorian Y’Deetris Lacy is accused of obstructing public order and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Lee Lacy, 37, and Shane Ladarious Lacy, 20, are charged with making false statements.

Agents have issued arrest warrants for Larquavious De’Shyne “Shyne” Colbert, 22, for aggravated assault and discharging a firearm near a public road.

He has not been arrested yet.

Toccoa Police requested GBI assistance in the investigation after officers were called to Stephens County Hospital Saturday afternoon, where a person was being treated for a gunshot wound.

Investigators learned that the victim was shot after an argument at a home on West Whitman Street.

Anyone with information about the shooting or Colbert’s whereabouts is asked to call Toccoa police at 706-282-3236, 911 in Stephens County or the GBI at 800-597-8477.
