Pedestrian in critical condition after being hit by vehicle

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A pedestrian is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle Friday morning in Buffalo.

The incident happened at 6:30 a.m. Friday at Clinton Street and Bailey Avenue, a Buffalo police spokesperson told 2 On Your Side. The 19-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
