Kenya Moore reportedly fired after suspension from “Real Housewives of Atlanta”

Moore has been in the series since season 5.

Kenya Moore is not having the best week. Days after reports surfaced that the former Miss USA has a tax bill to settle, and amid news of the divorce, TMZ reports that Moore will not be returning The Real Housewives of Atlanta after being suspended indefinitely. The longtime peach-holder has been on the show since season 5, with a one-year hiatus in season 11. Moore is known for over-the-top antics, but she reportedly showed off major printouts of newcomer Brittany Eady in a sex act at the grand opening of her hair salon weeks ago. Bravo reportedly felt the action violated her code of conduct for the show. Moore has been involved in several controversies, including verbal altercations, physical altercations, major scandal revelations, and even alleged love triangles – the latter of which turned out to be false. Still, Bravo reportedly felt this went too far.

Moore reportedly feels unfairly treated by the network and is weighing her legal options. According to the report, Moore is not necessarily fired and could return in the future, just not this season. The show is currently filming season 16 and this turn of events now puts the series in jeopardy. The report also notes that the decision for Moore not to return was a mutual one between the network and the 53-year-old former beauty queen.

Moore appeared to address the news on X (formerly known as Twitter). “#TEAMTWIRLFOREVER You are the best fans anyone could ask for. And I love you all so much,” she wrote. “Forever and always.”

Moore allegedly claimed that Eady threatened her with a gun. An investigation was launched and no evidence of this was reportedly found. Eady also denied this online. Moore has denied that she did not engage in revenge porn.

RHOA

has undergone a major reshuffle ahead of this season. Kandi Burruss, Shereé Whitfield, Marlo Hampton and Sanya Richards-Ross either weren’t asked to return or they quit.
