Atlanta Braves Notes: Ozzie Albies gives the nod home, Ian Anderson to start rehab, more

For much of Monday night, things looked all too familiar for the Braves.

They got a great pitching performance from Max Fried, they were 0-8 at one point with runners in scoring position, but they still had their chances late. But then Forrest Wall had a base hit and Ozzie Albies threw the opening drive as the Braves rolled to a 2-1 victory.

Of course, Atlanta has come from behind to win multiple times this season against opposing relievers. But even though the offense struggled tonight, Atlanta finding a way to win via home run will hopefully continue Atlanta’s trend of using its power play more frequently.
