Gordon Ramsay shows terrible injuries after his recent bicycle accident: “I am in pain

Gordon Ramsay has revealed the details of a horrific cycling accident that recently occurred in Connecticut and left him severely bruised.

The Kitchen nightmares On Instagram, the star shared the shocking details of his accident and stressed the importance of wearing a helmet when cycling.

“It really shocked me. Honestly, I’m happy to be here,” he said.

Ramsay continued to press: “But honestly, you have to wear a helmet. I don’t care how short the ride is. I don’t care that these helmets cost money. But they are essential. Even with children and on short rides, you have to wear a helmet.”

The celebrity chef also revealed his horrific bruising on the left side of his body, explaining: “Now I’m glad I can stand here. I’m in pain. It’s been a brutal week. And I’m getting through it somehow.”

Ramsay reiterated: “But I can’t tell you how important it is to wear a helmet.”

Alongside his video, Ramsay wrote: “Since tomorrow is #FathersDay, I have a very important message for all the dads out there… WEAR A HELMET!”

“Happy Father’s Day and take care, Gx,” he concluded.

Interestingly, Gordon Ramsay and his wife Cayetana “Tana” Ramsay have six children.
