Fon du Lac police investigate shooting

A suspect in a shooting case turned himself in to police without incident.

Last night (June 12), Ansheretta A. West turned herself in to the police and is being charged with attempted 1^st Intentional murder, 1st degree.

An arrest warrant was issued against her earlier this week.

As we previously reported, this happened after West shot a 20-year-old man in the leg on Saturday (June 8).

The man’s condition is stable.

The investigations are still ongoing.
