Child at Risk Alert for 5-year-old from Claiborne County, Tennessee

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – An alert was issued Tuesday for a missing 5-year-old from Claiborne County.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a wanted notice for October Cooper on behalf of the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office.

She may be with her non-custodial mother, Victoria Cooper, who is wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office for child custody violations.

The child is described as 38 inches tall, weighing 50 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Victoria Cooper, 39, is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
