Pakistani YouTuber shot dead filming India vs. Pakistan-related vlog: report




A Pakistani YouTuber was reportedly shot dead by a security guard he was interviewing as part of his vlog about the 2024 T20 World Cup match between India and Pakistan.

A Pakistani YouTuber was shot dead on Sunday by a security guard he was interviewing as part of his vlog for the T20 World Cup 2024 match between India and Pakistan. The incident reportedly took place at the mobile phone market in Karachi. According to Pakistani media reports, a YouTuber named Saad Ahmed was shot dead by a security guard the YouTuber was interviewing ahead of the India vs Pakistan match at Nassau County Stadium in New York.

Video footage from the area suggests that the YouTuber was interacting with the security guard before he was shot. The security guard was reportedly arrested by police in this case.

“He kept holding the microphone close to my face and filming. I lost my composure and shot him,” the security guard was quoted as saying in the Instagram post.

Pakistan lost the match against India by 6 runs on Sunday and is now on the verge of elimination from the 2024 T20 World Cup.
