According to the sheriff’s office, officers responded to a shooting call in the 2300 block of Lake Weston Drive around 11 p.m. Friday. Officers found a man in his 50s who had been shot. The man was taken to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. The OCSO has not released any further information about the shooting and has not released any identification of the suspect at this time.
