Marcos suspends performance-based incentive system in government

Manila, Philippines – President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has suspended the implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RBPMS) and the Performance-Based Incentive System (PBI) in the government due to overlap with existing internal and external performance review and evaluation systems, Malacañang said on Saturday.

On June 3, the President, through his Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed Executive Order (EO) 61, suspending the implementation of Administrative Order (AO) 25 and EO 80, as well as all other relevant executive orders.
