Nice weather until the weekend

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The low humidity is here and our weather forecast for the entire weekend is fantastic.

TODAY

When you step out the door this morning, temperatures are pleasant. With humidity remaining low, temperatures will only rise to below 27 degrees.

High pressure in the north will continue to bring northerly winds and mostly sunny weather. Take time to get outside today.

COZY WEEKEND

Low humidity and cooler temperatures will continue throughout the weekend. Along the Grand Strand, expect temperatures between 77 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We’ll start the mornings with temperatures between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit, making for a pleasant start to the mornings this weekend.

Whatever your weekend plans, the sunshine will persist and humidity will remain rather low.

NEXT WEEK

Over the next week, the high pressure system will move away from the coast and bring back a southerly wind. This will increase the humidity and cause increasing humidity by the middle of next week. Scattered showers and storms are again forecast for Monday and will continue every day next week.

As we look to the CCMF, we’ll keep an eye on humidity and the chance of a daily shower or storm. Let’s hope this rain-free forecast can be maintained for another year!
