Father of 6 children recently had a serious car accident. Please help him

My name is שמעון. I came here from ארץ ישראל a year ago, but my life has changed drastically. Shortly after my arrival, I had a serious accident and suffered serious injuries, including several broken bones and herniated discs.

Despite these challenges, I thank God every day for the strength to carry on. Recently, I was hospitalized for severe chest pain and difficulty breathing due to the accident. The pain was intense and I had to undergo many difficult treatments.
