Court rejects Miri Regev’s request to prevent police from using confiscated

The Central District Court has upheld the decision of the Rishon LeZion District Court and rejected Minister Miri Regev’s request to prohibit police from using documents seized at the Ministry of Transport in the context of a criminal case against her, it was announced on Sunday.

The Central District Court’s decision states, inter alia, that under the current legislation and in the absence of an express authorisation in the Act, the Minister does not have the right to appeal against the decision of the Magistrate Court.
