Man accused of sexually abusing child in Warrick County | Crime

BOONVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – A man is accused of child abuse following an investigation in Warrick County.

Jail records show that Joshua Jay Wilson was arrested on a warrant for two counts of child molestation.

Boonville Police investigators said they were contacted in late 2021 about the abuse, which the victim said occurred multiple times over several years.

Police said they received a written statement from the victim, and she described the abuse in detail during an interview at Holly’s home.

Wilson is being held in the Warrick County Jail and his court hearing is scheduled for July 22.
