Deputies identify dead woman in Rigby RV fire – LocalNews8.com

RIGBY, Idaho (KIFI) – A woman’s body was recovered after a mobile home caught fire Sunday morning.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department’s dispatch center received a call about a possible trailer on fire near the 500 N block of 4200 E Street.

When the rescue team arrived on the scene, they found the mobile home in flames. A dead woman was inside.

Her identity has not yet been released and an autopsy is pending.

The Central Fire District, Idaho State Fire Marshall, Rexburg Police Department and Idaho State Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
