Our team is working with local law enforcement and has notified the appropriate authorities to investigate and resolve the matter. The safety of our patients is our top priority and we believe patients should be encouraged to share their experiences and concerns.”

Criminal proceedings

In addition to the potential class action lawsuit, Dr. Hurst faced with several chargesincluding sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent. If convicted, he faces up to 86 years in prison.
