Stormy Daniels claims she can talk to dead people

Stormy Daniels said in Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial that she could talk to dead people.

Ms Daniels, an adult film star who claimed to have had an affair with Mr Trump in 2006, was cross-examined by lawyers for the former president and said she had told people she could “talk to her dead relatives”.

Susan Necheles, a defense attorney, asked whether Ms. Daniels’ boyfriend ever doubted her sanity, prompting the prosecution to object. She appeared to be trying to discredit the testimony of Ms. Daniels, who spent two days testifying.

Elsewhere, Ms Necheles asked: “You did a show and a podcast that claimed you could talk to the dead, right?”

Ms. Daniels previously worked as a writer and director on the documentary program “Spooky Babes,” which investigates paranormal activity.

“There was a lot of interesting and unexplained activity,” Ms. Daniels said. “Much of the activity was completely debunked as giant opossum.”

At a fraud trial for her former lawyer in 2022, Ms. Daniels said she used “cards” and “meditation” to communicate with the dead but did not know exactly how it happened.
