Federated Co-op recovers from cybersecurity incident

Federated Co-operatives Ltd. continues to grapple with the fallout from a “cybersecurity incident” that the company said recently affected its retail locations in Western Canada. On June 27, the co-operative posted on social media that there was a cybersecurity incident affecting some internal and customer-facing systems. FCL later announced that there was no indication that consumer data had been compromised.
