One person arrested in overnight shooting

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A man has been charged in connection with a shooting incident that occurred overnight.

According to LPD, officers were called to the 200 block of Waller Avenue around 12:37 p.m. Sunday morning for a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found bullet casings on the road and learned that a person in a car had fired shots at another vehicle.

The officers managed to identify the vehicles involved and locate the suspect vehicle using license plate readers.

Kaden Brothers, 21, was arrested and is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.

The brothers are charged with six different counts, including three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief with a minor.
