HOW MANY BANS LEAD TO A BAN FROM PLAYING AT EURO 2024?

Any player who receives two cautions will be suspended for one game.

If a player receives four yellow cards before the semi-finals, he will be suspended for another match.

WHEN ARE THE PLAYERS OUTDOORS?

After the quarter-finals it’s all over, meaning that a player is not allowed to receive a single yellow card in his first five matches to avoid a suspension.

HOW MANY GAMES DOES A PLAYER MISS AFTER BEING LOST FROM THE PITCH?

A red card at any time during Euro 2024 will result in a one-match suspension.

In the case of more serious offences, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body may extend the period of suspension.

WHO WILL BE BANNED ON MATCHDAY 3?

Ten players received their second yellow card on matchday 3 and will therefore not be playing in the round of 16:

Four players who were suspended on Matchday 3 are now available for the knockout round.

They are Spain’s Rodri (€6.5 million), Belgium’s Dodi Lukebakio (€6.5 million), Portugal’s Rafael Leao (€8.5 million) and Turkey Abdulkerim Bardakci (4.5 million €).
