Man shot and identified early Saturday morning in North Burien

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office on Monday, May 6, 2024, identified the victim of a fatal shooting in North Burien on Saturday evening as Robert Miera Bautista, 42.

Like us before reportedOn Saturday, May 4, 2024, Bautista was the victim of a fatal shooting at approximately 1 a.m. in the 11800 block of 1st Ave South near the Beverly Park neighborhood.

The King County Coroner’s Office said he died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers from the King County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound, but despite life-saving efforts, he tragically passed away.

We extend our deepest condolences to everyone who knew and loved Bautista.
