1 dead and 1 seriously injured in plane crash in Washtenaw County

BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, Michigan. – One person was killed and another seriously injured when a plane crashed in Washtenaw County on Monday.

The accident occurred on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 1:13 p.m. in the area of ​​Michigan Avenue and Lima Center Road in Bridgewater Township.

According to official information, one person was found dead at the scene of the accident.

Another person had to be rescued from the wreckage. This person was taken to U of M Hospital in critical condition.

The investigation is being conducted by officers from the Michigan State Police.
