Yongmao settles compensation claims after crane accident amicably

Yongmao Holdings Limited (SG:BKX) has released an update.

Yongmao Holdings Limited has entered into a final settlement agreement with CMNT Investment Pty Ltd to resolve all claims relating to an industrial accident in 2018 involving a tower crane sold by Yongmao’s subsidiary. The terms of the settlement are confidential and the resolution is considered to be in the best interests of Yongmao. No material financial impact on the Group’s upcoming financial year is expected.
