MOORE, Oklahoma. –

Warning: Moore Police reported that the speed limit has been lowered along Southeast 19th between Bryant and Sunnylane.

Instead of 50 miles per hour, it is now 40.

Police said the change was made because there had been an increase in accidents near the community of Edgewater.

The department said officers will be on duty to enforce the change.
