Man charged with rape, assault and death threats

A 19-year-old is accused of rape, assault and death threats against a woman.

Nathan John, of Richard John Road, Milford Haven, appeared at Swansea Magistrates Court and was charged with four offences.

John was accused of raping a woman in Haverfordwest on May 16.

He was also accused of beating a woman and threatening to kill her on the same day.

John is said to have had a knife in public in Haverfordwest.

On 18 May, no pleas were entered at Swansea Magistrates’ Court and the case was referred to Swansea Crown Court.

John was remanded in custody and will appear on June 17 to give his confession.
