Dead & Company launches competition for replica of the Wall of Sound – KSHE 95

Dead & Company gives fans the chance to win a unique souvenir.

The band has just released a new Prizeo competitionwith a main prize in the form of a functional 1:4 scale replica of the Gratefully dead‘s Wall of Sound. The original Wall of Sound was created by sound engineer Owen Stanley for The Dead’s 1974 concert tour.

The replica of the stacked sound system, built by Anthony Cosciawas featured at the Dead Forever Experience, the immersive pop-up in Las Vegas that opened to coincide with Dead & Company’s Dead Forever residency at Sphere.

The money raised through competition participation goes Hope for the citya nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger throughout the Vegas Valley, and the charitable arm of the Recording Academy MusicCares.
