ATP Atlanta Day 3 Predictions Including Frances Tiafoe vs Aslan Karatsev

Day 3 of the ATP 250 in Atlanta will see half of the second round matches get underway. Two Americans, Mackenzie McDonald and Frances Tiafoe, will be on court hoping to wow their home crowd. While they will be in the mix, most of the players are physical baseliners who will be sure to get some good rallies. Hopefully the rain will ease off to allow all the matches to be completed, but the cooler weather will likely make for some more intense tennis than the usual Atlanta heat. Who do you think will win?

ATP Atlanta Day 3 Predictions

Arthur Rinderknech vs. Adam Walton

Head to head: 1-0 Rinderknech

Rinderknech is a solid player looking to get back on track after a disappointing summer. He will be happy to return to a hard court where he can use his big serve to his advantage. He looked in good form in the first round against JJ Wolf where he didn’t face a break point the entire match. Walton has a good number of wins this year, although most of them have come in qualifying or at the Challenger level. He doesn’t yet have the game to beat a player like Rinderknech who can handle his serve and keep control of the match.
Prediction: Rinderknech in 2
