In a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Roseburg, both vehicles were presumably totaled.

A Roseburg police report states that at 2:45 p.m., a 44-year-old woman was traveling westbound on Northeast Alameda Street and turned into the intersection with Northeast Stephens Street to go straight onto Northwest Stewart Parkway. An 81-year-old man was traveling northbound on Stephens Street and thought she had a green light. The second vehicle collided with the rear driver’s side of the first vehicle. None of those involved were injured.

The second driver was charged with failure to comply with a traffic control system based on independent testimony. Both vehicles were towed from the scene of the accident.
