Some showers and thunderstorms will develop west of Jacksonville before noon and spread east/northeast during the afternoon. Some late showers and thunderstorms will continue toward and after early evening traffic.

The heat and humidity will continue for the rest of the week, with rain and thunderstorms expected daily, especially in the afternoons.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms with maximum temperatures around 35 degrees Celsius are forecast for the weekend.

There are no problem areas in the tropics.
