Tori Roloff reveals her 4-year-old daughter Lilah split her eye in a “minor accident”

Tori Roloff’s daughter Lilah had a scary moment over the weekend.

On Monday, July 15, the 33-year-old mother of three shared on her Instagram Stories that her daughter Lilah, 4, had a “little accident” at the pool. Roloff posted a photo of Lilah smiling with a cut above her eye and captioned it, “When it rains, it pours.”

A second photo shows Lilah after the accident, sitting on a chair surrounded by snacks. “Lilah had a little accident in the pool yesterday. I’m so glad she’s OK,” Roloff wrote.

“She split her eye pretty badly but luckily she didn’t need stitches. I think she’ll have a noticeable scar though,” she continued. “I’m so grateful to my friends who helped calm me down and got her some chips which calmed her down immediately.”

“There was a lot of blood, but they calmed me down so I could handle it all.”

Tori has three children – Josiah, 2, Lilah and Jackson, 7 – with her husband Zach Roloff, 34.

In a May episode of the couple’s podcast Lift higherZach and Tori answered some questions from their viewers. One follower wrote to the Roloffs and asked them if they would ever consider homeschooling their three children.

“Take each year as it comes. I feel like every kid is different, every year is different,” Tori replied.

“Yes, we appreciate the school, but yes, we would keep our kids (at home),” Zach replied.

“We’ll see. We take each year as it comes,” Tori interrupted her husband.

“We like what it does for our kids and everything, and Jackson is very social, so I think that would be difficult,” Zach added.

“Social. He’s very social, not gregarious,” Tori clarified.

On Mother’s Day this year, Tori shared a series of photos on Instagram with all three children enjoying spring break together.

Tori posed outside with her kids and smiled as she snuggled up to her family in the first photo. She also shared individual shots with each of her children. The mother of three also took a minute to reflect on having the “best job in the world” in her caption.

“I have the best job title in the world: Mom! 🤍 I love these three with all my heart and am so thankful to God for choosing me to be their mom!” wrote Tori. “Thinking of moms of all kinds today! Past, present and future: you are loved! 🤍.”
